EASE OF ADMINISTRATION

1. Lost or Stolen Cards
In the event that a user’s card is lost, stolen or discontinued this will be reported by the user to the Local Authority issuer or alternatively to Concessionary Solutions. To facilitate these cards will be issued with a unique reference that contains a four character alphabetic prefix to denote the authority, a unique user reference number and a sequential number.
The system will have the facility to log lost, stolen and discontinued cards via a user record screen. As data is input and updated, the system will send an automatic email to a nominated email address within the Local Authority.

2. The scheme has the facility to set a maximum amount that can be charged for a journey.

3. The scheme has the facility to set a user defined maximum amount that can be redeemed for each operator driver. Alternatively a user defined level can be set at which supervisor authority is required to redeem from the collection card.
