FLEXIBILITY

Most users will only wish to take journeys within the boundaries of their Local Authority. However, there may be situations when a user wishes to make journeys across the boundary of two Authorities, especially when they are neighbouring Authorities and both operate the same system. The system has the facility to allow a cross border journey.

SECURITY
When loading a collection card the operator is able to view the total amount being loaded from the terminal to the collection card. This amount is written onto a paper based form, a copy of which is kept by the operator before the rest is sent to Concessionary Solutions with the collection card for redemption.
When the collection card is received by Concessionary Solutions it is able to upload a detailed transaction record to the system. This creates the record as a distinct file for that card and is also logged to the operator’s driver.

ACCOUNTABILITY
The system is able to produce reports for the total number of transactions for each Authority for a particular time period, total number of transactions for a particular driver, total number of transactions by date range, transactions by value and details of cross border journeys.
User and operator driver data is capable of being exported in a variety formats.
